Most amputees know the experience: months of waiting for components, paperwork that takes longer than the fitting, being told no with no clear path forward, crowdfunding to walk. We built AmpuHealth to make that landscape different.
AmpuHealth is a member-funded fulfillment program for amputees. Members contribute monthly into a shared pool, and the pool funds structured fulfillment of prosthetic components through our provider network. The model is built around the lifelong relationship amputees have with their prosthetics.
Two of our three founders live with limb loss. Together, the team brings decades of experience inside the prosthetic care system, alongside operational and clinical leadership. We built AmpuHealth because we needed it ourselves.
David is an amputee and a longtime advocate for the prosthetic community. He has spent his career working on the patient side of prosthetic care, and leads AmpuHealth's vision, strategy, and member experience.
Ryan is an amputee, athlete, and advocate. He drives AmpuHealth's outreach to the amputee community and shapes how the program is built around the realities of living with limb loss.
John leads operations, partnerships, and the build-out of the provider network and member-facing systems. He brings a background in operations, technology, and program design to the AmpuHealth platform.
AmpuHealth Holdings, Inc. is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. We chose Nashville for its central geography, its growing healthcare ecosystem, and its access to the regional clinics, OEM partners, and patient communities that anchor the AmpuHealth provider network.
